watermelon cake 

Recipe:

 

1 whole Watermelon

3 cups Whipping Cream

3 Tbsp of sugar 

Fruits you prefer

Toasted Almonds slices 

Procedures:

  1. Cut the top and bottom part of the watermelon .

  2. Then trim off the watermelon skin of the medium part of the watermelon

  3. Toasted the almond slices in the oven at 350F until it become golden brown.

  4. Prepare the fruits, slice them into pieces for decoration. (Normally, I will choose three different color for fruits, which make the decoration prettier)

  5. Whip the whipping cream  with sugar on the bowl of ice.

  6. Use a paper towel to clean the excess watermelon juice on the surface

  7. Put the whipping cream to cover the watermelon

  8. Place and decorate the cake with sliced fruits.
