Soymilk

Recipe:

Soybeans               2 cups

Water                  enough for soaking

Water                  5 cups (Cooking)

Sugar                   2 cups

Water                 1 cup

 

Tools:

Food Processor

Cheese Cloth 

Bowl 

Pot 

 

Procedures:

  1. Soak the soybeans overnight. 

  2. Use hand to separate the skin  from the beans.

  3. Mix the beans with 5 cups of water, use food processor/juicer  to blend.

  4. Prepare a bowl lining with cheese cloth, pour  the mixture in the cheese cloth and squeeze.

  5. Pour the soymilk that separated from the mixture  into a pot

  6. Boil it once, and  cook it for at least half an hour on medium heat, keep stirring.

  7. Transfer the cooked soymilk into a pitcher. Set it aside or in the fridge.

  8. In a small pot, cook the sugar with sugar until sugar is melted. 

  9. Add in the sugar syrup till the sweetness you prefer. 

  10. Ready to serve.
