Soymilk
Recipe:
Soybeans 2 cups
Water enough for soaking
Water 5 cups (Cooking)
Sugar 2 cups
Water 1 cup
Tools:
Food Processor
Cheese Cloth
Bowl
Pot

Procedures:
-
Soak the soybeans overnight.

Use hand to separate the skin from the beans.

Mix the beans with 5 cups of water, use food processor/juicer to blend.

Prepare a bowl lining with cheese cloth, pour the mixture in the cheese cloth and squeeze.

Pour the soymilk that separated from the mixture into a pot
-
Boil it once, and cook it for at least half an hour on medium heat, keep stirring.

Transfer the cooked soymilk into a pitcher. Set it aside or in the fridge.

In a small pot, cook the sugar with sugar until sugar is melted.
-
Add in the sugar syrup till the sweetness you prefer.

Ready to serve.
