Recipe:

Frozen Berries 

Ice Cream 

Milk 

 

*The quantiy of the ingredients  based on your  personal preference. )If you  like to have it sweeter, you can add in  more ice cream) :)

Procedures:

1. Blend the frozen berries  and milk 

2. Then, add in the ice cream  and blend 

3. Pour the smooties into a nice cup and enjoy.
