Cannoli Puff

Recipe:

Pastry puff                 A sheet

Whipping Cream        200ml

Red Bean Paste        4 Tbsp

 

Ganish:

Powder sugar

Procedures:

  1. Defrost the pastry according to the instrution on the package.

  2. Prehear the oven at 350F

  3. Dusting all purpose flour on your table.

  4. Roll it out lighly and cut it into 12 strips.

  5. Fold 12 aluminium foil into corn shape.

  6. Wrap the pastry around the foil (shown in the picture)

  7. Bake it for 40-45 minutes when you see it turns to golden brown.

  8. Whip the heavy whipping and fold in the red bean paste. 

  9. Transfer it into a piping bag, and fill the cannoli.
