Nutella Cheesecake 

Recipe:

Crust:

Oreo ( Cream removed)        250g

Butter (Melted)                      6 Tbsp

 

Cream Cheese Filling:

Cream Cheese (Room Temp)  35oz (1kg)

Heavy Cream                                   175g

Nutella                                                 100g

Sugar                                                   200g

Vanilla Extract                                1 tsp

Eggs                                                      4, Large 

 

Nutella Topping:

Nutella                                      100g

Heavy Cream                       80g

Procedures:

Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.

  2. Remove the cream between oreo cookiess and crush them uing a food processor.

  3. Mix in the melted butter. 

  4. Transfer the cookies to a 10-inch springform pan, press the cookies using the back of a spoon.

  5. Bake it for 13-15 minutes. Set aside to let it cool completely.

 

Cream Cheese Filling:

  1. In a large bowl, cream the cream cheese and heavy cream together until the mixture is fluffy.

  2. Gradually add in sugar and vanilla extract, then mix well.

  3. Add in eggs, one at a time , until the mixture is incorporated.

  4. Take out 1/3 cup of the white mixture, add in the nutella and mix well.

  5. Pour in all the white mixture, then add in the nutella mixture on top of it.

  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes at 300F.

  7. Leave it in the oven for another oven without heat. 

 

Nutella Topping:

  1. Put the nutella in a medium bowl. 

  2. Pour the cream to a saucepan and bring to boil. Set aside let it cool completely. 

  3. Pour the heat cream over nutella, and mix well.

  4. Spread evenly on top of the cake.

  5. Refrigerate overnight.
