Flowery Birthday Cake 

Recipe:

Butter                                           250g

Powdered Sugar (sifted)          500g

Coloring (Gel)                             Few Drops

Chocolate cake Mix                     A box

 

Tool:

Flowers (Fresh)

Procedures:

  1. Prepare an 8-inch cake (In this case I prepared a chocolate cake)

  2. Cut it into 2 layers and set it aside, let it cool completely.

  3. Soften the butter until it reaches room temperature.

  4. Beat the butter using stand mixer until it lighten in color.

  5. Slowly sift in powdered sugar (separate into 4 times).

  6. Add in coloring.(any color you want)

  7. Assembly the cake. Also, cover it with buttercream.

  8. Decorate the flowers.
