Cake decoration Idea

Recipe:

Buttercream:

Butter                                           500g

Powdered Sugar (sifted)          1 kg

Coloring (Gel)                             Few Drops

 

Cakes:

Chocolate cake Mix                     two boxes

(any kind you like, bake it according to the instructions on the box)

Toys

Ribbons

Roses 

Procedures:

  1. Prepare a 6-inch and 8-inch cakes (In this case I prepared an 8-inch  chocolate cake and a 6-inch white cake.)

  2. Separate each of them into 2 layers and set it aside, let it cool completely.

  3. Soften the butter until it reaches room temperature.

  4. Beat the butter using stand mixer until it lightens in color.

  5. Slowly sift in powdered sugar (separate into 4 times or more).

  6. Add in coloring. (any color you want)

  7. Assembly the cake. Put buttercream in between two layers of cakes. Then, cover it with buttercream.

  8. Decorate the cake with flowers and toys.
