Pastry Sheet
Favourite Soup (Cooked)
An egg
Tool:
Remekins
Procedures:
-
Defrost pastry sheet according the instructions printed on the package.

Preheat the oven to 350F.
-
Dust your working place, lightly rool out the pastry.
-
Cut them into 6 square sheets.
-
Distribute the soup into three remekins.
-
Brush some egg wash on the edge of remekin to stick the pastry.
-
Cover the remekins with a sheet of pastry.
-
Brush a thin layer of egg wash on top.
-
Cover with another layer of pastry.
-
Brush a thin layer of egg wash again.
-
Bake it for 40-45 minutes until it turns golden brown.
