Ginger milk pudding

Recipe:

 

Ginger Juice                     2 Tbsp     

Milk                                     180ml

Sugar                                   2 Tbsp

 

*If you like it sweeter, you can add more sugar. 

*You can  add more ginger juice as well if you want it spicier . :)

Procedures:

  1. Prepare the ginger juice by grinding up a big piece of ginger, then press the juice in a bowl using hands.

  2. Heat the milk and dissolve sugar in a saucepan.

  3. Measure the temperature using candy thermometer, make sure it is around 80 C.

  4. Stir the ginger juice, pour the milk mixture from high distance into the bowl.

  5. Cover it and wait for 5 minutes, it will coagulate after that.

  6. Enjoy it while it is hot. This dessert is good for health. :)
