
Whenever & Whatever I like
Dark chocolate muffins
Recipe:
All Purpose Flour 2 cups
Baking Soda 1/2 tsp
Baking Powder 2 tsp
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 2 Tbsp
Sugar 3/4 cup
Semisweet chocolate chips 1 cup (save 1/4 cup for sprinkle on top)
Milk 1 cup
Vegetable Oil 1/3 cup + 2 tsp
Egg 1 large
Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
Chocolate Frosting
Icing sugar 3 cups
Unsweetened cocoa powder 3/4 cups
Butter 1 stick
Heavy Whipping Cream 4 tablespoon
Vanilla Extract 1 tsp


Procedures:

Preheat the oven to 400F.

Sift together the flour , baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder in a large bowl, mix in sugar and chocolate chip,

Pour in all the liquid ingredients to mix with the dry ingredients. (lumps make best muffins)

Place the muffin paper cup into the muffin pan, spoon the batter into the cups, then sprinkle the chocolate chips on top of the batter.

Bake the muffins for 20 minutes until the muffins are risen and cooked. Set aside until cool.

Sift sugar and cocoa powder in a bowl.

Beat 1 cup of sugar and cocoa misture and butter, and 1 Tbsp of cream until smooth, then continue add in another 1 cup of sugar mixture with 1 Tbsp of cream, until all the ingredients are combined.

Add in vanilla extract.

Place the frosting in a piping bag with tip, then decorate the muffins.
