Recipe:
250g Butter
120g Sugar
4 Large Eggs
250g self rasing flour
4 tbsp milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Procedures:
-
Preheat the oven to 180C or 350F
-
Beat the butter with sugar until the color lighter and fluffy
-
Slowly add egg one after one
-
Sift in the self rising flour , and add into the mixture slowly
-
Add in the vanilla extract and milk until the mixtures are well incorporate
-
Pour the mixture into a 8-inch baking pan and place it into the oven for 40-45 minutes.
*Please always check the cake, time needed may be vary because of different oven.
