butter cake

Recipe:

250g Butter 

120g Sugar

4 Large Eggs

250g self rasing flour 

4 tbsp  milk 

1 tsp  Vanilla Extract 

Procedures:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C or 350F

  2. Beat the butter with sugar until the color lighter and fluffy

  3. Slowly add egg one  after one

  4. Sift in the self rising flour , and add into the mixture slowly

  5. Add in the vanilla extract and milk until the mixtures are well incorporate

  6. Pour the mixture into a 8-inch baking pan and place it into the oven for 40-45 minutes.  

*Please always check the cake, time needed may be vary because of different oven.
