Black Beans brownies

Recipe:

Cooked Black Beans                     15 oz Can

Vegetable Oil                                        1/2 cup

Egg                                                           2 large

Unsweetened Cocoa Powder        1/4 cup 

Sugar                                                     2/3 cup

Instant Coffee powder                    1 tsp

Vanilla Extract                                  1 tsp

Milk Chocolate Chips                    1/2 - 1 cup

All Purpose Flour                         1/3 cup

Baking Powder                              1/2 tsp

Salt                                                       1/2 ttsp

 

Ganish:

Powdered Sugar 

Procedures:

  1. Preheat the oven 350 F. Grease a 9 by 9-inch square baking pan. 

  2. Drain the black beans and wash with water. Puree the beans with the oil.

  3. Then add in eggs, cocoa powder, sugar, coffee powder, and vanilla into the blender, blend until smooth. 

  4. In another small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Then mix the wet ingredients mixture until incorporated. 

  5. Stir in the chocolate chips.

  6. Transfer the batter into the baking pan.

  7. Bake for 20 minutes.

  8. Ganish with powdered sugar, or serve with your favorite ice-cream.
