Apple roses puff

Recipe: ( For 12 portions)

Frozen Pastry puff                a box

Red Delicious                          2

Lemon  juice                              half lemon

Cinnimon  (optional)             personal preference 

Apricot preserve                    3 Tbsp

Icing sugar                               for decoration

Procedures:

  1. Thaw the frozen pastry according to the instruction behind the box.

  2. Preheat the oven to 375F.

  3. Cut the apples in half, and cut into thin slices.

  4. In a big bowl, add xlices and pour water to cover all the apple slices, then add in the lemon juice.

  5. Microwave the apple for 3 minutes.

  6. Drain out the water and set aside

  7. In a small bowl, add the apricot preserve and 1 Tbsp water and microwave for a minutes. Stir.

  8. Place some flour on the working station, roll out the pastry and cut into 6 long strips.

  9. Spread the apricot sauce on the dough, then place the apple on it. (Half of the apple should out of the dough)

  10. Sprinkle cinnamon

  11. Fold the dough in half, and start rolling from one end to the other end. 

  12. Place the apple roses on grease muffin pan. 

  13. Bake the roses at 375F for 40-45 minutes. 

  14. Sprinkle poeder sugar on them for decotion.
